New Fitness and Conditioning Program

Our new Fitness and Conditioning Program has been off to a strong start and interest continues to grow as summer goes along. The program, lead by Fitness Director Tarek Alameddine, offers the opportunity twice/week for players to strengthen their physical foundations, translating to improved athleticism on the field and in other outside endeavors as well. Friday sessions are targeted toward injury prevention and open to all players.

In addition to the three sessions offered each week, the Fitness and Conditioning Program will also be offering various weekend events for players (and interested parents) to participate in. Our first event, a Lafayette Reservoir Run, was a big hit. We’ve got yoga and a Mt. Diablo hike coming up next! We look forward to seeing a lot of the Eclipse Family out there!
