Eclipse Teams Wrap Up First Season in Cal North

The final game of our first season in Cal North was an exciting one this past Sunday, as our U14 Lunar Girls earned a 3-2 victory to seal up the title in the silver league, joining three other Eclipse league champions and ten total top-three finishes. Cal North, also known as CYSA-N, is a branch of the United States Youth Soccer Association and is home to hundreds of youth soccer clubs in Northern California. Their competitive playing league, CCSL, hosts various competitive levels for league play. After nearly 250 league games played this fall by our teams ranging from U9 to U18, our first year playing in CCSL was a success.

The league offered our teams the opportunity to have a consistent game schedule in the fall against other club opponents throughout Northern California. Many teams were placed in higher flights of competition than previous years and excelled. We look forward to our continued partnership with Cal North, as our teams continue to play in the CCSL and their state championship series, including State Cup.
