Eclipse players proved once again this winter that they can compete at the highest levels of high school soccer. In total, 107 Eclipse players played on local high school soccer teams. Eclipse players graced the rosters of every single Lamorinda high school team:
Acalanes – Freshmen Boys/Girls, JV Boys/Girls, Varsity Boys/Girls
Campolindo – JV Boys/Girls, Varsity Boys/Girls
Miramonte – JV Boys/Girls, Varsity Boys/GirlsIMG_2511

10 Eclipse players were named to high school All-League teams. Senior Ryan Rossi was named the DFAL’s Defensive MVP, making it the second consecutive year an Eclipse player won this honor as the best defender in the league. Both Ryan Rossi and Sam Larson (who won Defensive MVP last season) joined Eclipse straight from LMYA during eighth grade. Ryan Rossi was also named to the Contra Costa Times All-East Bay First team, an honor bestowed upon only three defenders in the entire East Bay.

With the Campolindo boys and Miramonte girls making it to the NCS finals in their respective divisions, we also had 24 Eclipse players get to experience an NCS Final this season. Congratulations to both teams and the respective Eclipse players on each!

Congrats to all of our Eclipse players who had successful high school seasons! We look forward to getting back out on the field together as Eclipse teams soon!
