Eclipse held our fifth annual Beach Day this past weekend in Pacifica. Based on the smiles, it was one of the best days yet! Eclipse players got to experience playing beach soccer (on the sand) with their friends and also ran into Coach Tarek’s ultimate beach fitness challenge. As part of our Beach Day experience, our coaching staff came together to raise money for Middletown High School, one the communities most affected by the fires. A donation bounty was placed on each coach. Once their donation bounty had been reached, that coach had to go jump in the cold ocean water in their clothes! Thanks to the generosity of the Eclipse families, every single bounty was met for all of our coaches, as well as our board members in attendance. In total, nearly $1,500 was raised. If you’d like to donate to Middletown High School, visit https://www.gofundme.com/middletownhighSA. Thanks to everyone who also participated in Coastal Clean-Up Day and picked up any trash at the beach prior to heading out!
